"I ordered this maybe 3 or 4 weeks..."
I ordered this maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. The tracking updates only seem to come every few days, if that, so it’s been frustrating. i don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Reminds me of the first time I used it"
It’s held up okay so far. I remember being a little unsure when I first got it, hoping it wouldn’t fall apart too quickly. It hasn’t been amazing or anything, but it’s still doing its job, so I’d say the durability is just okay

I ordered a sofa from Inside Weather and I was expecting it to be decent, or actually maybe just okay since I hadn’t seen it in person, but it turned out way nicer than I thought. The fabric feels durable, the cushions are comfortable without being too squishy, and the frame feels really sturdy. We’ve been using it every day for a few weeks and it still looks brand new. Setup was simple too. I was nervous about buying a sofa online, but now I’m really glad I did.

"Nice look, but browsing felt like extra work"
The site does look nice and clean, and I’ll give it that. The room photos actually helped me imagine how the furniture would look in a real space. But some of the pages felt way too bare, like I was supposed to figure everything out myself and keep clicking around just to find what I needed. Maybe it’s just me, but browsing ended up feeling more frustrating than it should have. Overall, the design is good, I just wish it didn’t make me work so hard.

"Return process felt like too much hassle"
In my experience, returning this order was more of a headache than I expected. It took a few days to get a clear response, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to figure out what was happening.

The item itself was fine, but personally, the return policy and shipping cost made the whole thing feel not really worth it. It ended up being a frustrating experience for me.

"Great options, but checkout could be clearer"
I really liked being able to choose the fabric and legs, and overall it was easy to put together. The only thing is the checkout page didn’t show the colors as clearly as it probably should have, so I had to double-check everything like maybe that part got overlooked. Still a good experience, just a little annoying at the end.

I had an issue with my order and it took a bit longer to get resolved than I was hoping. I’ve had smoother experiences with similar orders in the past, so this one was a little frustrating at first. That said, support did get back to me and fixed everything in the end, so overall it turned out okay

It looks decent overall, and delivery was fine, but I expected the quality to feel a bit better for what I paid. The furniture isn’t terrible, just feels average to me. I kept wondering if other people had the same experience or if I just expected too much after seeing some of the reviews. At these prices, I probably wouldn’t buy again unless I heard from more people that their pieces held up really well.

The updates were frustrating. I was expecting clearer instructions and more helpful communication, but most of the time I felt like I was left guessing. I kept having to check in myself just to figure out what was going on, and that got old really fast

"Arrived scratched and the box was beat up"
I ordered this sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. When it showed up, the box was crushed badly, and once I opened it, the table had a big scratch on it along with a few smaller marks. Disappointing since I was hoping to use it right away.

"Comfort is fine, but not great"
I bought a sofa from Inside Weather. It looks nice. The cushions feel good at first. But after sitting for a while, they start to feel a little too firm for me.

It is not a bad sofa. I use it every day. I just thought it would be cozier. If you want something super soft for lounging, this may not be it...

"I wish I’d known ahead of time how..."
I wish I’d known ahead of time how hard it would be to get help. Customer service took ages to reply, and I kept having to follow up just to get any kind of response. It made the whole situation way more stressful than it needed to be, and I really regret not looking into their support a bit more before dealing with them.

"Color was way off from the pictures"
I was bummed when this showed up. Online, the couch looked like a nice warm beige, but in my room it’s much more gray. I know colors can look different on screens and all that, but this didn’t feel close at all. It kind of throws off the whole room now, which is frustrating

"Measurements were spot on"
I ordered this sofa after checking the listed dimensions a few too many times, and thankfully they were exactly right. The width, depth, and even how it sat against the wall all matched what I expected. It fit into my space perfectly with just the little bit of clearance I was hoping for. No weird surprises, which I really appreciated.

"packaging Could've been Better"
The box showed up crushed, which was Kinda disappointing. The item was okay, but the packaging Definitely could have been better.
